Defective/ DOA Policy:
If a buyer receives any electronics, Tvs and Appliances which are defective or DOA ( Dead on Arrival) they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note to keep all original packaging. Teletime will cover all return shipping costs for defective/DOA items and arrange for a new unit to be shipped/delivered at no extra cost

Customers may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund with a 20% Restocking fee. Delivery, shipping and handling, installation charges are non-refundable.
Appliances are non refundable once they are opened and plugged in.
For appliances we ask that customers verify the products they are ordering before finalizing an order.

SHIPPING: If Teletime.ca ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.
Three territories of Canada or in isolated rural areas.
Most smaller items (cameras, camcorders, video players, etc.) can be shipped anywhere in Canada.
Large items: For some shipping addresses located in the three territories of Canada or in isolated rural areas, the actual shipping charge on larger items such as televisions, stands or large speakers may exceed those that are calculated at the time you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will get an exact quote for shipping and notify you of any extra charges prior to shipping your order. If after this notification you do not accept the actual shipping charges, your order will cancelled and refunded immediately upon your request.

Unfortunately Teletime and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery. When delivered by Canada Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Teletime if re-delivery is required.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.
We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit/ debit card when our shipping notice email has been sent to your email address. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective. We do not return the items once final sale is done online.
We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete.
